Prescriptions were sent to wrong pharmacy for the second visit in a row after I specifically told Dr. Nama, her nurse, and the front desk I wanted them sent to Albertsons in Casa Linda. The nurse wrote my weight down last visit at 171. I weigh 148. I weighed 148 today. (Are my medication doses correct based in the incorrect weight of 171?) I was sent to a facility to schedule a bone density scan. The facility I was sent to does not do bone density scans! I drove all over town today trying to pick up my meds at the pharmacy and get a bone scan scheduled and it was all a series of errors at my expense and time. Not o.k. I was furious. I wasted a whole day because of careless errors.
